A Selection of Authors, Writers and Poets from Scotland
At long last, after many years, the Scottish Bookworm is being rebuilt. We will be building the new site much bigger and much, much better than before. We are aiming to create one of the easiest to use online book shops specialising in books about Scotland and books by Scottish authors, poets and other types of writer.
As the Scottish Bookworm develops we hope to include the complete works of some of Scotland's finest authors on a single page for each writer. The aim is to provide a means for you, the visitor, to build up the finest collections by the best of Scottish.
Unfortunately we have decided that we shall save the best until last so that we can concentrate upon adding as many Scottish books and books by Scottish authors as we can, as quickly as we can. Obviously we will add authors as soon as we have a reasonable number of their books listed and this should be rather easy for the likes if Ian Rankin and other popular Scottish authors. However we would like to also include some of the lesser known Scottish writers together with some of the newest and freshest talent from Scotland.
